Charles Rosier managed the French-speaking markets of France, Belgium and Quebec. His appointment at Lehman Brothers in 1996 was his first step towards his future. Later on, he moved to UBS Warburg to be the manager for their Debt Capital Market Division in 1997. Charles Rosier joined BTG Pactual in August 2010. He became a partner at BTG Pactual, an investment bank based in Latin America.

Gaining his scientific Baccalaureate degree (similar to A-levels in the UK), Charles Rosier was able to attend to further education.
